PHP - Please Help With My Sms App Curl

Hello, I'm new to lot of this and especially php.
I'm having hard time with one of my app that I created. If you go to ticketlawyerorlando.com/sms5.html and you try to send text, (which is set to go to only one number (mine)) than I get error code from php that is supposed to curl it. (specifically, I'm using Curl multi and have my own way of regulating how many connections occur at a given time). I ask this because it seems I can open 100 connections and get the info from the websites quite quickly. If I were to open say 1000 would that crash my router or what would happen?
